You can export a full JSON backup (with photos as data URLs) any time — even on the day you cancel. After cancellation you lose cloud sync + future app access, but you keep any backup you've exported.
In your browser's IndexedDB (local-first) and synced to Cloudflare KV (in Europe, on the Cloudflare global edge). Photos are JPEG-compressed at 1920px on capture so storage is small and sync is fast.
Yes — the Department tier (A$29/mo) gives 5 seats. All seats share the same inventory in real time. For larger orgs the All Access tier (A$59/mo) is unlimited seats.
Yes — the app is local-first. You can add, edit, and photo-capture items without internet. Once you reconnect, your changes sync up to the cloud automatically.
JSON backup import is supported today. CSV import is on the roadmap — drop us a line at support@easystagecraft.com if you need a CSV converter and we'll fast-track it.
